We can't perform miracles, of course! If you submit twenty requests today, it doesn't mean we can complete all of them tomorrow. But unlimited means what it means—unlimited. You can submit as many requests as you want in your queue, and your dedicated Koula Admin will work on them one at a time, during business hours. If we don't get it right the first time, don't worry. We offer unlimited revisions, too.

This is a great question! In the US, to have a senior-level Salesforce Admin work for you full-time, it costs on average US $130,000 a year, plus benefits. It's also difficult to find great available talent, so recruitment firms usually get involved for a commission.
What about freelancers and consulting firms? Although the cost and quality varies widely, and contract negotiations are annoying, the main issue is that hourly rates incentivize freelancers and consultants to work slowly, so you end up paying more for nothing!

Koula’s services are powerful and will meet nearly all your admin needs. However, there are certain tasks that should be left to specialists or your in-house teams. In the interest of productivity and commitment to quality, here are examples of the types of requests that we do not support, and are therefore out-of-scope:
- Development in any coding language, including Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, SOQL, HTML, and CSS
- Platform events, API’s, application client extension, and other integration patterns
- Third-party applications, external applications, integrations, and connectors
- Data manipulation of any kind (e.g., export, transform, load)
- Conducting user interviews, facilitating design and elaboration workshops, and creating user stories
- Creating user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, running or facilitating UAT sessions, and performing regression testing
- Change management services including training, documentation, job aids, guides, and in-app guidance configuration
- System language translations
- Any Salesforce product or cloud other than Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Koula provides a lot of flexibility in how you can ask for tasks using Todoist, a simple task management tool. Customers can make requests in various ways, such as adding them directly in a Todoist card's description, sharing Google Docs or Excel spreadsheets, or recording a brief video for additional detail and context. Anything that can be linked or shared in Todoist is acceptable.
When making a request, please include a description, steps to reproduce the issue, relevant links and documents, a user story, and your expected result. The more details you provide, the better.

We aim to respond to your active request within 2 hours, during business hours. Actual resolution and turnaround times will vary depending on scope and complexity of each Salesforce support request.

You might be surprised to hear this, but Koula is currently a team of one! This means you’ll work directly with Olivier Tsinos, founder of Koula and seasoned Salesforce consultant.
From time to time, when his workload spikes, Olivier may subcontract work to experienced Salesforce Admins within his professional network.

Our business hours run from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. We’re closed on Canadian and Provincial statutory holidays.
Right now, since Koula is a team of one, there will be times when the service is unavailable. You’ll be notified of planned downtime at least 1 month in advance. We’re working hard to grow the business, hire more talented admins, and minimize planned downtime.

We are located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and we serve our global customers 100% remotely.
‣
Don't worry! We'll keep improving the solution until you're completely happy. Revision requests will go back to the request queue.
‣
If you only need to make a couple of requests every month, our service may not be the best option for you. Freelancers on the AppExchange or Upwork might be more appropriate for your needs.
However, if you need to make many requests, but you currently require a solution for a single task, you can pause your subscription once the task is completed and then reactivate it when you have more support requests queued up. You don't have to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

We know you might not have enough work to fill a whole month. Maybe you just have one or two requests for your Koula Admin right now. That's when pausing your subscription can help.
Billing cycles last for 31 days. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription. This means that we'll stop billing you and stop providing our services, but you'll still have 10 days of service left to use whenever you want to restart.
To pause your subscription for up to 3 consecutive calendar months, email support@koula.com.

Koula is flexible. No annoying contract negotiations, no commitments. You can easily cancel your subscription online or by emailing support@koula.com. There are no cancellation fees, but if you cancel instead of pausing, you’ll go to the back of the waitlist when there is high demand.

No refunds or credits will be issued. Cancel your subscription anytime. Refer to our Terms of Service for more information.
